Refund policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The return request is made within 7–14 days of the purchase date (adjust as needed)
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

We do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used makeup products
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

• Incorrect items received

To request an exchange:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Provide clear photos showing the issue
• Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange
